December 2003 - Another success for A-Tech's 5th Annual Toy Drive.

Continuing on a holiday tradition, A-Tech Computer Service, Inc. hosted their 5th annual Toy Drive. This year, a food drive was organized and added to the event and proved to be a success. The owner's and staff of A-Tech treated Cardunal and Elgin Chamber members, clients, friends and neighbors to another excellent variety of festive food, snacks, drinks and Yuletide cheer. Another beautiful piano performance by Nancy Taub of Festive Singers highlighted the evening. Approximately 100 new toys and over 270 lbs of food were collected and donated to The United States Marine's Toys for Tots Drive and Northern Illinois Food Bank. We'd like to thank The First American Bank, 218 W. Main St., Dundee, IL for their generous donation to the food drive as well. October, 2003 - Elmer D. Diaz elected Vice President of Microsoft Operations and elected to the Board of Directors.

We are pleased to congratulate Elmer Diaz on his recent election as Vice President of Microsoft Operations and Board of Directors of A-Tech. A graduate of Trinity International University with a B.A. in Computer Information Systems, Elmer has been with A-Tech since January 2000. Elmer's advanced knowledge of the complexities of the Microsoft family of Network Operating System and applications, along with his superior focus on customer service and satisfaction, will insure A-Tech's continued advancement in the Microsoft and local and wide area networking arena.

October, 2003 - John T. Hampton elected President of A-Tech Computer Service, Inc.

We are pleased t09/10/2009of A-Tech Computer Service, Inc. John has been with A-Tech since the onset of the company in 1984. A graduate of Elmhurst College with a B.S. in Business Administration, John's sales and marketing experience, customer service focus and knowledge of the general computer and networking environment will assure A-Tech's forward direction. Former President, Frank Suda will assume Vice President and General Manager responsibilities and will concentrate on the operations side of the business.

January, 2003 - Steve Zink awarded Citrix MetaFrame XP 1.0 certification

A-Tech is pleased to congratulate Steve Zink, Vice President of Network Operations on his successful completion for certification of Citrix MetaFrame XP 1.0 for Windows 2000 Server. Steve also holds certifications in Citrix MetraFrame XP 1.0 for Windows Administration and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

January, 2003 - Phael Ramirez awarded MCSE 2000 certification

A-Tech is pleased to congratulate Phael Ramirez, Microsoft Professional and Network Service Engineer, on his successful completion of Micosoft's "Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000". This final certification has completed Phael's Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification and credentials.

January, 2003 - Frank Suda completes business degree

A-Tech is pleased to congratulate Frank Suda, President, on his recent completion of coursework for his business degree. Frank received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Lewis University, Romeoville, IL and graduated with highest honors. Congratulations Frank, now get to work!
