A-Tech has provided us with maintenance service for our Texas Instruments Systems for at least 15 years and is now providing us with maintenance for our NT Network. They have provided us with administering the entire set-up of our network from wiring of the building thru setting-up hardware and internet.
I have always felt I could call upon A-Tech for any of my computer needs. I came here with only IBM Series Computers, and A-Tech helped me learn the TI System we had. Because of the expert knowledge of their employees, I’ve never had a question that they couldn’t answer.
A-Tech goes out of their way to help us in anyway possible. They give us options to choose and what they explain the pros and cons are for each.
Our Company is a very small company with minimal employees. I have had enormous help with all our PC’s and networking problems that we have had this past year with converting from our ancient TI system to the current NT system.
Every A-Tech employee that I have had contact with is helpful and willing to not only do their job but they will explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. Plus, if you don’t understand, they will explain it until you do.
