All items listed under the SSA are given A-Tech asset tag numbers to facilitate fast and easy product identification when placing service-calls. We make it easy to get your equipment back on-line.

With your SSA program in place, you'll also eligible for discounts on A-Tech's optional services including, application support and installation, training, file recovery, administrative services including security, user logins and group assignments, project and rollout related equipment and labor, IT audits and consultations and A-Tech's Blocks of Support Services (BOSS) and Administrative Support Agreements (ASA) programs.
